Farmlife
This past weekend I visited my brother and sister-in-law on their farm. And let me tell you, it’s impressive to see how much work they put into keeping their animals, as well as building a house and taking care of the fields. I helped them lay new paths, weed and prepare the rows where they will be planting potatoes. I definitely got my workout in and was quite sore the next day. My task for the weekend was collecting eggs from the henhouses and I collected around thirty eggs every afternoon. The chickens are free-range, which ment that we needed to watch them carefully a few times because there was a Hawk circling, looking for its next meal.

Just a short walk from their house is a lake called Mjøsa. After some sunbathing (for me) and swimming (for them), we checked on the bees that they keep. The bees looked healthy and had already started making honey. I also got to meet the newes batch of kittens. They are only a month old and have just started to clumsily playfight with each other. The mum cat Drops has kittens twice a year which makes it extra special to come and visit.
Today we did a plant and clothes exchange at a cafe. We had re-potted some plants yesterday and they were exchanged for other plants. I even found a dress that fits perfectly. It was quite a popular event and everyone seemed to enjoy themselves. Before taking the train back home, we made a last stop at a public park pictured on the right bottom corner. We’ve been so lucky with the weather these past few days and I have really enjoyed spending time outdoors.
Untill next time readers 😉

I’m back!
Hi there, I’ve been away for some time focusing on other projects, but I’m back and ready to keep you updated and immersed in my creative space.
Life lately

Travelmap Argentina to Antarctica In march I traveled to Argentina and Antarctica. I took a Hurtigruten Expeditions cruise to the Antarctica Peninsula and saw a lot of cool wildlife: whales, penguins, seals and birds. I even did a polar plunge as pictured above with a sea temperature of 3 degrees and C, and air temperature of -2 degrees. The first night on land I camped overnight in a tent, which was very cold even with many layers of wool.
In Argentina I visited the national park in Ushuaia, Patagonia and flew back to Buenos Aires. I went to a Tango show, saw Teatro Colon, visited many restaurants with amazing argentinian food, went on a historic bike tour of the city and even took the ferry to a small historic city in Uruguay.
My husband and I are working on visiting all the continents, and so far we are only missing Oceania, which we hope to be able to do next year. Let me know if you have any recommendations for Australia and New Zealand!
